On December 23, 2025, Beisit Electric’s 2025 Annual QCC Improvement Presentation Conference was grandly held in the company’s 5th-floor training room.
Centered on the theme “Lean Breakthrough, Quality Creating the Future,” the conference brought together the collective wisdom and achievements of QCC teams from all departments. It served not only as a comprehensive review of the year’s quality improvement efforts, but also as a deep and practical demonstration of Beisit Electric’s commitment to building a strong quality culture.
During the conference, each QCC team took the stage in turn to present its improvement achievements. From production process optimization and enhanced cost control, to overcoming quality defects and achieving efficiency breakthroughs, every project was closely aligned with actual production and operations, showcasing the substantial results of company-wide participation in quality improvement through solid data and clear logic.
The judging panel conducted professional evaluations focusing on improvement cost savings as the core indicator, while also considering each project’s innovation, practicality, and scalability. A number of outstanding projects were ultimately selected.
These honors represent not only recognition of exemplary teams, but also strong encouragement and motivation for all employees to actively engage in quality improvement.
Looking back on 2025, Beisit Electric used QCC activities as a key driver to embed the philosophy of “Quality First, Continuous Improvement” into every aspect of daily operations; looking ahead to 2026, the company has set a new QCC implementation plan, centered on “full participation, continuous improvement, quality and efficiency improvement, and cost reduction,” advancing improvement initiatives in alignment with its annual business strategy.
In 2026, each workshop will establish QCC improvement circles led by supervisors. Throughout the year, each workshop or product line will complete one to two improvement projects:
-
January–February: Team formation and topic selection/registration
-
March–June: Implementation of countermeasures and effectiveness verification
-
July–September: Activity promotion and mid-term review
-
October–November: Results standardization and report preparation
-
December: Final presentation, summary, and recognition
Through a systematic and phased approach, QCC will become a vital tool for solving production and operational challenges and strengthening management foundations.
Taking this QCC Presentation Conference as a new starting point, Beisit Electric will continue to stimulate team innovation, allowing the seeds of quality improvement to take root and flourish across all areas of the company. By breaking through challenges with lean thinking and building the future through quality-driven innovation, Beisit Electric will inject sustained momentum into its high-quality development.
Quality improvement knows no end, and the pace of innovation never stops.
