Autumn waters and reeds sway, yet we never forget our teachers' kindness. As Beisit celebrates its 16th Teachers' Day, we honor every instructor who has dedicated themselves to the lectern and imparted knowledge with a heartfelt and powerful tribute. Each element of this event embodies our steadfast commitment to the original spirit of teaching and our aspirations for the future.
Envelope Sign-In: To My Educational Aspirations One Year Hence
The event commenced with a special “Time Capsule Envelope” check-in ceremony. Each attending instructor held a personalized envelope and thoughtfully wrote down: “What was your most satisfying teaching moment this year?” and “What teaching skill do you wish to improve next year?” They were then presented with exclusive gratitude cards and flowers.

Meanwhile, the on-site screens cycled through highlights from the 2025 training sessions. Each frame evoked cherished memories of teaching moments, setting a warm tone for this gathering of gratitude.

Moment of Honor: A Tribute to the Dedicated

New Faculty Appointment Ceremony: Welcoming a New Chapter with Ceremony
A certificate signifies responsibility; a journey of dedication brings brilliance. The New Faculty Appointment Ceremony was held as scheduled. Three new faculty members received their appointment certificates and faculty badges, formally joining the Faculty Hall family. Their addition injects fresh energy into the faculty team and fills us with anticipation for a more diverse and professional curriculum system in the future.
Chairman's Address · Message for the Future

“Cultivating Talent Before Creating Products, Preserving Our Teaching Mission Together”:
President Zeng delivered an address centered on the principle of “Cultivating Talent Before Creating Products,” charting the course for the development of the Lecturer Forum. He emphasized: “Training is not a one-way transmission; it must precisely align with needs and deeply cultivate value.”
He outlined four key requirements:
First, “Focus on current needs by conducting thorough needs assessments before training” to ensure courses align with practical business requirements.
Second, “Precisely target audiences so every session addresses critical pain points.”
Third, “Break free from format constraints—deliver training whenever demand arises, regardless of group size or duration.”
Fourth, “Maintain rigorous quality control through mandatory training assessments to guarantee knowledge implementation.”

As the closing remarks concluded, President Zeng and the instructors jointly cut a cake symbolizing “growing together and sharing sweetness.” The sweet taste spread across their palates, while the conviction to “build the instructor platform with united hearts” took root in everyone's minds.
Co-create blueprints, co-paint futures

During the “Co-Creating the Blueprint for the Lecturer Forum” workshop session, the atmosphere was lively and vibrant. Every lecturer actively participated, sharing their perspectives on three key themes: “Suggestions for the Future Development of the Lecturer Forum,” “Sharing Personal Areas of Expertise,” and “Recommendations for New Lecturers.” Brilliant ideas and valuable suggestions converged to chart a clear path forward for the Lecturer Forum, vividly demonstrating the collaborative power of “many hands make light work.”
Group Photo · Capturing Warmth
At the conclusion of the event, all instructors gathered on stage for a heartwarming group photo before the cameras. Smiles graced every face, while conviction was etched in every heart. This Teacher's Day celebration was not only a tribute to the past but also a pledge and a new beginning for the future.

Moving forward, we will refine the Lecturer Hall brand with unwavering dedication and professional commitment, ensuring knowledge is shared with warmth and skills are cultivated with strength. Once again, we extend our heartfelt wishes to all lecturers: Happy Teachers' Day! May your students flourish like blooming peaches and plums, and may your journey ahead be filled with purpose and confidence!
